With a diverse background as a Chilean veterinarian, outdoor guide, illustrator, and massage therapist, Trini's passion for nature adventure and movement shines through her work as a TRE provider.
From tending to gardens and riding horses to dancing and leading hikes through howling Patagonian winds, Trini's love for immersive experiences with animals and the great outdoors has been an integral part of her journey. Along the way, guided by her own injuries and accidents while being a guide, she discovered TRE and mindfulness meditation as a new path of life—a path that shifted her adventures from the outdoors to uncharted body sensations and heightened awareness, grounding her in the present moment.
Drawing on her background in seemingly unrelated areas, Trini found a beautiful integration of her passions. Her meditative practice, extensive guiding experience, and countless hours of animal and bird watching have become invaluable assets in her work as a TRE provider. With curiosity she creates a space where the body can express itself and tell its untold stories, an adventure guided by compassion, intuition and self-regulation.
Trini is deeply committed to supporting others on their own healing journeys, facilitating a reconnection with our innate nature through the body. She believes that by reconnecting with our bodies we can reconnect with nature, and rediscover a profound sense of belonging and interconnectedness.
